For all reservations in addition to the payment of the reservation and the resort fee IT IS NECESSARY THAT WE MAKE A HOLD OF $ 5USD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, which will cover all or part of any damage to the property or its contents, as well as possible Consumption of Snacks or Drinks that are in the unit at your availability. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, the deposit must be made no later than 7 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, the deposit must be made as soon as possible and before arrival. You cannot pay the deposit directly at the property since at the reception of the hotel complex where the Condominium is located, they only help us with the check-in process but not with the charges. Once the hold is made on your card you will receive the instructions for your arrival, a letter for check-in that you must show on your mobile phone at the front desk, as well as a code to open the door of the unit. The hold or the balance thereof after deductions for damages if any, will be released within 7 days after the date of departure. We will also use the registered card to collect the resort fee if it is not included in your reservation.

We DO NOT accept American Express and for the retention (hold) for damage deposit neither debit cards. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to make sure the card is free of locks, is not a digital card, and has sufficient funds to avoid rejection.
